How do I start a return?Updated a month ago

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. The boat must be unopened and unregistered, in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear, and include all original parts and accessories. A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping (deducted from the refund). Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. After 14 days, warranty repairs or replacements apply instead of refunds.
